Vantastic4Vans is totally committed to providing the best possible initial training and ongoing support for its Franchisees.
Business Training – 1 Day
This first section of the training deals with establishing and launching the limited company, which is a requirement for all Vantastic4Vans Franchisees. It also covers such matters as VAT registration, setting up the “home office”, ongoing financial controls, reporting procedures and relevant company legislation.
On Job Training - 4 Days
This element of the training will be based at the Vantastic4Vans Head Office in Kettering. The Franchisee will be progressively taught every aspect of the day-to-day van sales operation and will also be introduced to his or her nominated Administrator – the person who will be responsible for the administration and “progress chasing” of all the Franchisee’s sales.
Ongoing Local Support - 5 Days
For five separate days of his or her own choosing during the first three months, each Franchisee will have the possibility to call on a member of the Vantastic4Vans Senior Management Team to work alongside them at their own business location, providing practical help and guidance.
Such help is extremely valuable because it will ensure that correct sales techniques, systems, record keeping and other working practices are all properly established and maintained.
Most importantly, help will be available at those times when the Franchisee has most need of it – for example when conducting a door-to-door sales “blitz”, making a particularly important sales presentation or when addressing a local business meeting such as the Chamber of Commerce.
Apart from these five “Local Support” days, Pete Clements and Management Team are committed to visiting all franchise territories on a regular basis and Franchisees will also have access to ongoing help and guidance via the Vantastic4Vans helpline.
